Planning, budget vs. actuals, reports
Budget vs. actuals. Every figure explains itself.
planist sets your budget against the bookings from your bookkeeping, account by account. Every variance leads to the source document, and what does not add up is visible before the report goes out.

One-off for the new contract framework. Not carried over as recurring in the 2027 budget.

What planist is.
planist is software for budget vs. actual comparison, also called plan vs. actual. It sets a company’s budget against its actual figures and shows, for every single figure, where it comes from. It reads the bookkeeping, checks it for gaps and inconsistencies on its own, sets it against the budget and turns it into a report ready for the meeting.
planist does not book. It replaces neither DATEV nor your tax adviser, it reads their result and makes it traceable.

Everything in the product hangs on this chain. What does not make it cleaner is not in it.
See every featureEvery controlling tool does budget vs. actuals. The difference lies underneath.
Budget, forecast, balance sheet and key figures are standard equipment. planist differs in what happens when someone asks: the software does nothing silently. What does not fit is shown and explained until a person has decided.
