Frequent questions
- Can I test planist with my own data?
- Yes. You send an export from your bookkeeping, we load it through the two-step import and show you the finished reconciliation on your accounts. Then you decide.
- Do I need a DATEV interface?
- No. planist reads the exports your bookkeeping already produces today: booking batches, the GDPdU package, account sheets or a CSV file.
- Is data quality an extra?
- No. The 31 checks, the origin trail and the change log are in every package. planist assist, which also explains findings in plain words, belongs to Plus.
- What happens when we change the chart of accounts?
- The new chart of accounts applies from a fiscal year onward. Old and new accounts are linked, and the multi-year comparison keeps running.
- Do I need the guided setup?
- No. planist is built for you to set it up yourself: a new tenant starts with a checklist, every import shows a check report first, and the manual is in the app. The guided setup is for those who want certainty from day one. We set up the companies included in your package with you: import of your bookkeeping data, mapping of the chart of accounts, the first budget and the first pass through data quality, with one fixed contact until your first monthly reconciliation stands. A yearly subscription includes it; paid monthly, it is a one-off €990.
- What is a read-only account?
- An account with the viewer role: it reads analyses, reports and dashboards but changes nothing. Read-only accounts do not count as users and cost nothing. Basis includes 10, Plus 20, Group 50.
- What does an additional company cost?
- €150 a month, in Plus. Every company gets its own import, its own account mapping and its own data quality checks. From three companies on, ask us about the Group package, tailored to your needs.
- Where is our data?
- In Germany. planist runs at netcup in Nuremberg.
